Where do we deliver?
At Ace Craftique, we will deliver our products anywhere in India! Courier companies, however, so we kindly request that you have your shipment delivered to a home address or apartment.
We will only cover ground floor delivery. If you wish to have your package delivered directly to your door at a multistory home our apartment, it will only be negotiable between you and the delivery service.
Please be sure to provide your full address which should include your street name, house or apartment number, city, state, country and zip/pin/postal code. Also note that in some address, residential shipments may be left at the door if someone is not present to receive & sign for the shipment. To prevent disputes, please ensure that someone is present the day of the delivery. Deliveries are generally made on weekdays.
We at Online Indian Furniture pride ourselves on our absolutely FREE shipping! This is only applicable within limit of city areas. For Delivery outside the designated city areas, or for any other customer Queries please contact our customer service by email on firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that we will not be responsible for shipping delays if you do not provide a complete and correct mailing address. *Please note that all products will be shipped from Jodhpur.
How long do deliveries take?
Deliveries can take as long as 10 business days by shipping company and we take approx 10 working days to shipped goods to the shipping company, however, there are various factors which will determine the exact amount of time it will take for your items to arrive. Feel free contact us with your shipping codes for more information on the status of your delivery.

Transit Risk -
All parcels are fully insured at no extra cost to our customers. Delivery failures or products that are damaged in transit will be fully covered, however, we will not be responsible if a product is lost, stolen or damaged once the package is delivered to the given address. ** Our insurance does NOT cover the cost of damages for mirrors.
Shipment & Tracking Details
You will be contacted via email with your tracking details and order number once your package is turned over to the courier company. This email will also include the expected shipping date and website details of the courier company. Please allow at least 24 hours for your email to come through.
Address Change Requests:
Once your order is transferred over to the courier service, we unfortunately cannot allow you to make changes to the delivery address. Please be sure to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of the time you placed your order if you wish to change the delivery address.
Please note that you, the customer, are fully responsible for any charges, penalties, or fees incurred if reshipment is required or you have provided an incorrect or incomplete address.
Incorrect or incomplete address
In the event of a reshipment of the same order, customers will be responsible to pay re-shipping charges for the reshipment.
